Woodrow Wilson Signed Document Cut

A strip cut from the foot of a presidential document, carrying the engrossed closing lines - "March, in the year of our Lord" and "the Independence of the United States" - with Woodrow Wilson's signature in ink below them. The signature runs about 2 1/2 inches. The month survives; the year did not, so the document can only be placed inside Wilson's two terms, 1913 to 1921. The cut measures 5 by 3 1/16 inches, leaving far more of the original sheet than a close trim would. Not submitted to a third-party authentication service. Condition: please see the photographs.
