White House Social Secretary Response Card, Chita Rivera Estate

A small engraved card from the office of the White House Social Secretary, reading: "Please respond to The Social Secretary, The White House, at your earliest convenience, giving date of birth and social security number", with the telephone number (202) 456-6336 at the foot. Those two details were what the Secret Service needed to clear a guest for an event at the house. The reverse carries a pencilled date, 4-25-28, and a social security number in the same hand. The number is masked in the photograph and is not published here. The date does not match Chita Rivera's own, so the writing is not attributed to her without something further to go on.
