The lower right portion of a typed letter, signed "Harry Truman" in dark ink beneath "Sincerely yours,".
The left-hand third of the sheet has been trimmed away, so the letterhead, the date and the start of every line are gone. What survives reads:

...ck to Washington on February 20th."
with the inside address at the lower left cut down to "s Patrick Clark" and "...et, N.W." - a Washington street.
Authenticated by JSA and encapsulated in a Beckett holder, labelled Cut Signature, Harry S. Truman, AUTHENTIC.
